Kelvin was raised in Mississauga where he went to Gordon Graydon Memorial Secondary School. In his early childhood years; his mother would bring him to various New Home sales centres and Open Houses which sparked an early hobby of designing home floor plans.

In his teen years he developed his passion for Rugby, Electronics and DIY's. After completing highschool, Kelvin earned a Bachelors of Applied Sceience in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto which sparked a Technical career in Railroad Consulting and Project Management. In an effort to further his record of continued learning; Kelvin sought to pursue his childhood interest in Real Estate and has not looked back. 

Kelvin's pragmatic style to Real Estate is often a refreshening approach to one of the largest purchases someone may make.
